Directions:

1. Coat the swab with a thin layer of the fecal sample.
2. Break the seal to release the sample diluent and squeeze the bulb 5–6 times to mix thoroughly.
3. Add 3 drops of the chase buffer to the sample well.
4. Read results in 10–15 minutes.
