Anna’s Healthy Hummingbird

This vacuum insulated feeder was designed to help regulate nectar temperature in cold or hot weather. 

How It Works:

The lid has built in perches and flower ports that are small enough to prevent bees from entering.

The nectar dish holds up to 8 ounces and mounts inside of the stainless steel container. Fill it to the top with nectar. Easy to clean all parts. 

 The container is made of food grade vacuum insulated stainless steel. 

In Hot Weather

In hot weather, you can add ice to the bottom of the container underneath the nectar. This will keep the nectar from overheating  for longer in order to prevent the nectar from spoiling, becoming infected or from burning the hummingbirds’ tongues. 

In Cold Weather

The insulation will help delay the nectar from freezing. Generally, the nectar will stay liquid when the temp drops to the low 20s F overnight. 

Add hot tap water into the container underneath the nectar when the temperature drops further. Nectar will stay liquid at 0F for up to 16 hours.
